So, we started this blog to tell people how all of our sports teams cause nightmares, and now. all they do is win? WTH?? Was this all we needed to do? I would have started a blog 23 years ago. I would have partied like no other after all my teams championships. Obviously, in a perfect world, we would all be bloggers and Jets fans. This world aint so perfect.
So the New Jersey Devils are the hottest team in hockey right now, and im loving it. Tonight, they defeated the number 1 team in the east, the Boston* Bruins. (*Boston is another word for queer) The game was a good one, Bryce Salvador scored with about 9 minutes left in the 3rd period and the Devils never looked back. Scotty Clemmenson is now riding a 2 game shutout streak heading into Sundays showdown with the Sharks. Also worth noting, Zach Parise is 2nd in the NHL with 34 goals.
Another team that has been winning as of late is THE Pride of Hofstra University. They roll into the Hen House tomorrow night for a showdown with Delaware. This is a tough test for the Pride as Delaware has been a good home team this season. If the Pride can pull out the win, they put themselves in a good position for a 4 seed in the CAA Tourney. All 3 famous bloggers will be in attendance down in Richmond starting March 6th.
