This week has marked the return of 2 of the finest athletes in their respective sports. Tiger Woods hit the links, and Martin Brodeur returned in between the pipes. I was lucky enough to witness 1 live, and that was King Martys return to the swamp.
I would say Brodeur was in rare form tonight, but who am i kidding? Yea he had a shutout, but those arent rare for him. It was his 99th career shutout, and he is only 6 wins away from becoming the all time winningest goalie in NHL history.
Devils won 4-0 with goals from Jamie L, Patty Elias, ZP9, and Travis Zajac. Currently they are sitting in 3rd place in the East, while the crappy Rangers are in 7th..
PS. What a difference a day makes. Last night i was effin pissed off with that Hofstra debacle, now im singing the praises of the worlds best hockey team.
Richmond in 8.
